1] The applicant sought protection from arrest in CR NO.I-700/2018 and the application was filed on 09.03.2020. The Application came to be listed on 16.03.2020 and was stood over to 30.03.2020 and thereaft1er it was never circulated.

2] The Investigating Officer who is present in the Court has not even bothered to arrest the Applicant. However, it is stated that investigation is complete as against the co accused. It is not clear as to when there was no protection in favour of the Applicant, why he was not arrested and no charge sheet is filed against him. 3] In any case today the applicant is unrepresented. Hence, application is dismissed for want of prosecution. [BHARATI DANGRE, J] 1/1
