Heard. By this Civil Application, the Applicant seeks to set aside the order dated 20.11.2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which the Civil Revision Application stood dismissed for non removal of office objections. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that inadvertently, it remained on their part to remove all office objections. He undertakes to remove all office objections in Civil Revision Application on or before 19.12.2018. He submits that the Applicant is ready and willing to pay cost of Rs.2500/-. Basavraj G. 9.335.18-cac.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, following order is passed. a.

Order dated 20.11.2017 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside.

b.

The Civil Revision Application is restored to file for hearing on merits.

c.

The Applicant to remove all office objections in the Civil Revision Application on or before 29.12.2018, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d.

The Applicant to pay costs of Rs.2500/-.

e.

The costs shall be paid to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay on or before 19.12.2018 and place on record a receipt thereof failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
