Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP.

The applicant is seeking transit anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. No.2433 of 2022 dated 28/12/2022 registered with Cyber Crimes (DD) C.C.S. Hyderabad Police Station, Hyderabad for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Sections 66-C and 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2000-2008.

A complaint was registered by the complainant that 1/3

for purchase of a chemical products they had deposited a sum of Rs.5,83,000/- in the bank account that was provided. The money was transferred in the bank account of the applicant. The chemical products were never supplied to the complainant.

According to learned counsel for the applicant, the said amount was deposited by some Nigerians for purchase of laptops. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the laptops were supplied to the Nigerians and for that purpose he relied upon the invoice dated 23/11/2022 which is at page 27 of the paper book.

I am not commenting anything on the merits of the contention. The applicant is praying for a transit anticipatory bail for a period of six weeks. The bank account of the applicant is already freezed.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R. No.2433 of 2022 dated 28/12/2022 registered with Cyber Crimes (DD) C.C.S. Hyderabad Police Station, Hyderabad, the applicant-Jayesh Prabhakar Amin be released on anticipatory bail for a period of six 2/3

weeks on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 7.

The application is disposed of.
