The Petitioners have challenged the possession notice dated 15 February 2022 in furtherance to the public notice issued on 11 February 2022. The petition was filed on 28 February 2022 and it has remained pending without any interim order. 2.

By now either the possession notice would have been effected or taken forward and perhaps that is the reason the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting this petition. Even if the action is taken forward, the Petitioners would have remedies under the governing statute.
