The applicants by the present applications are seeking modification of the order dated 24.2.2016 passed by the learned Trial Court in ABA Nos.324/2016, 325/2016 and 326/2016 respectively. By the said order dated 24.2.2016 the Trial Court has granted a period upto 27.2.2016 to the applicants to approach the Court of Competent Jurisdiction at Nagpur where CR No.3176/2016

2 /2 (Sadar Police Station, Nagpur) has been registered. 2) The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the period granted by the Trial Court upto 27.2.2016 on 24.2.2016 is inadequate and it may take some time for the applicants to approach the Court of Competent Jurisdiction at Nagpur. In view of the facts mentioned in the applications and in the interest of justice the period to move the appropriate application before the Court of Competent jurisdiction at Nagpur is hereby extended by one week from 27.2.2016. The order dated 24.2.2016 passed by the learned Trial Court is accordingly modified. 3) Applications are disposed off in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
