Heard. This Application is for allowing the Applicant No.1 to serve the Respondent No.1C by substitute service as per Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Basavraj G Patil 1/2

378.15-caa clause (a) which read thus:

(a) By an order of this Hon'ble Court the Applicants may be permitted to serve Respondent No.1C by substituted service as per Order 5 Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

B) The Applicant to publish a notice in two news papers, one in English and another in vernacular having wide circulation in the area last known where the Respondent No.1(c) was staying. C) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
