Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the contesting parties to the civil application have been served. 2.

By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 28 days in filing the civil application, seeks amendment of the civil revision application by bringing the legal heirs of the respondent no.5 on record and prays for amendment to the civil revision application as against the respondent no.5.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). The 1/2

14-cac349-17.doc amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. The amended copy of the civil revision application shall be served upon all the contesting parties within one week from the date of carrying out amendment.

The civil application is made absolute in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

Place the civil revision application on board for admission on 15th October, 2018.
