Dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.5 is amicably settled and accordingly they have entered into the Consent Terms dated 29th March 2016. The Consent Terms are signed by the Petitioner and President of Respondent No.5, along with their respective counsels. Both the Petitioner and President of Respondent No.5 are personally present in the Court. On specific query, they state that they have gone through the Consent Terms and they have no objection if the Petition is disposed of in terms of the said Consent Terms.

In the light of the above, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
