Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that all the respondents are served. Affidavit of service is already filed. I have heard the learned counsel for the the applicants and have perused the averments made in the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of of prayer clauses A, A-1 and B. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and the amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the respondents within two weeks from the date of carrying out amendment.

The civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
