The contentions of Mr. Sarda, counsel appearing for the applicant, in the support of prayer for quashing is that the relationship was consensual.

Having perused the contents of the FIR in the aforesaid background, what can be noticed is based on the disclosure of the cognizable offfence, the crime came to be registered. Learned APP has informed that the applicant is already charge-sheeted. As there is no challenge to the charge-sheet, we deem it appropriate to disposed of the present application, with liberty to the applicant to move a fresh questioning the charge-sheet or to seek discharge before the Court below.
