The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 13-1-2016 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, by which order the stay which was operating in favour of the Petitioners in the Revision filed by them before the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, has been vacated. The stay was granted to the Petitioner by the authority on 16-9-2015 and has been vacated on 16-1-2016. The stay seems to have been vacated on the ground that none had appeared for the Petitioners / Applicants before the said authority on the said date. Since the Petitioners claim a limited relief of the Revision Application being directed to be disposed of within a particular time frame and that the stay which was in operation since 16-9-2015 be reinstated. In my view, it would be just and proper to dispose of the above Petition by directing the Revisionary Authority i.e. the mmj

wp-2525-16-(920) Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune to hear and decide the Revision Application latest by 10-6-2016.

In so far as the order dated 13-1-2016 is concerned, the same would stand set aside. The stay which was in operation since 16-9-2015 would stand reinstated and would continue to operate till 10-6-2016. The Petitioners are directed not to create third party rights pending the disposal of the Revision.
