This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short, "the Act") whereby the petitioner has prayed for extension of time limit till 25 June 2020, to enable the arbitral tribunal to make an award. It is stated that the oral submissions are concluded and the learned sole arbitrator would now be making an arbitral award. 2.

Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection for the prayers as made in the petition.

Having perused the averments in the petition, the mandate of the arbitral tribunal to make an award is required to be extended. Accordingly, by consent of the parties, time to make an award is extended by six months Digitally signed by Prajakta S.
