DATED : 20TH JULY, 2015 P.C. :- This second bail application is moved by the applicantaccused. His first bail application was rejected on 22nd August, 2014 and the learned prosecutor informs the Court that the trial has commenced in the Sessions Court, Pune and two witnesses have been examined and the matter is now fixed on 24th July, 2015 for further evidence. In view of this, I do not find any change in circumstances and as the trial has commenced, the application stands rejected.
