1] This is an application for modification of condition (b) imposed upon the applicant while releasing her on bail by this Court by an Order dated 22nd January 2016. The said condition reads as under:

"The applicant shall report to the CBI BS and FC Mumbai on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m till conclusion of the trial." 2] The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant on instructions submitted that since the date of release of the applicant from jail, the applicant is sincerely complying with the said condition, however, due to ill-health it is now become very difficult for her to comply with said condition and therefore appropriate orders may be passed in the interest of justice.

Dond 2/2 appp.170-2017.sxw 3] In view of the facts mentioned in the application, the condition -(b) is hereby modified and the applicant is directed to attend the said office once in three months i.e. every first Monday of the said month between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m till conclusion of the trial.
