Hearing of Suit no.436 of 2017 pending before the Bombay City Civil Court at Bombay is expedited.

This court expects Trial Court to decide suit as early as possible but in any case on or before 31.12.2019.

Both the counsel submit that they preferred Notice of Motion before the Trial Court for interim relief. They submit that in view of expediting hearing of the suit, they make a statement that they do not want to press the Notice of Motion filed before the Trial Court. Statement is accepted.

All contentions of both the parties are kept open.

No order as to costs.
