The Public Interest Petition was filed in the year 2015 on account of Swine Flu (H1N1) assuming epidemic. Affidavits filed in response to the Public Interest Petition show that the Influenza H1N1 popularly known as Swine Flu has substantially been controlled. Learned AGP states that as of today 40 laboratories have the infrastructure to detect Swine Flu.
