Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that all the Respondents are duly served. He has filed Affidavit of Service. The statement is accepted. By this application, the Applicants are seeking permission to carry out amendment in the Writ Petition in view of the subsequent development.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Basavraj G. Patil 1/2

29.690.21-iaw.odt Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Application.

Hence, following order is passed:

a.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"(A) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicants to amend the petition as per the Schedule annexed to the present application."

b.

Amendment to be carried out on or before 31.03.2021 and serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition on the other side immediately thereafter. c.

If amended copy of the Writ Petition is served on other side on or before 31.03.2021, the Respondent to file Affidavit in Reply on or before 08.04.2021, with copy to other side.

d.

Office to place the Writ Petition on board on 19.04.2021.

The Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
