2] It appears that the Writ Petition is pending since the year 2016 and no steps are taken for service of notice on the Respondent. 3] The petition appears to be preferred against the order passed by the Family Court No.5, Pune on 16/12/2015 thereby allowing the application filed by the Respondent for issuance of witness summons.

It is clear that proceedings before the trial Court must have been proceeded further. Otherwise also, there is no reason or point to interfere in the impugned order passed by the trial Court. Hence, the petition being devoid of merits, stands dismissed.
