Heard. By this appeal, the appellant is challenging the order of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai passed on 20th January, 2015 in Civil Misc. Application No.174 of 2014 in Petition No.A-110 of 2005.

By the said order, the learned Judge has rightly considered the income of the appellant and granted maintenance to the Uday S. Jagtap

46-15-fca=.doc respondent-wife and three children at the rate of Rs.12,000/- per month. We do not find any error in the impugned order and that the same is supported by the cogent reasons.
