C. :- In view of the fact that the show cause notice is challenged before this Court in it's writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and having regard to the fact that the petitioner can show cause and thereafter the authority can decide upon the legality, validity and the propriety of the show cause notice, we decline to exercise our writ jurisdiction. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
