By order dated 06/02/2018, the Bail Application No.11 of 2018 was dismissed for want of prosecution. The applicant has filed this application for restoration on the ground that the advocate on record was unable to appear before the Court due to unavoidable circumstances. It is stated that the advocate was ill and was advised complete bed rest.

In view of the reasons stated in paragraph 3, 4 and 5 of the application, order dated 06th February, 2018 is recalled, consequence thereof Bail Application No.11 of 2018 stands restored. 3.
