The order dated 8th December 2018 in the respective appeals stands substituted by the following order and the corrected order shall read as under :- "The appellant has filed a Pursis to withdraw the appeals. The withdrawal pursis bears the signature of Mr.Sarang Kadolkar, the Special Land Acquisition Officer. He states that 3/4

the State of Maharashtra does not want to prosecute the appeal and intends to withdraw the same. The withdrawal pursis is also signed by Shri Yogesh Y. Dabke, the learned Assistant Government Pleader. The withdrawal pursis is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn.

The appellant shall be entitled to refund of the Court fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules.
