1] By the present application under section 482 of Cr. P.C., the applicant has challenged the Order dated 8th January 2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Raigad in Sessions Case No.119 of 2008, issuing non-bailable warrant and notices to the sureties of accused Nos.3,4,6 and 9. 2] The applicant is accused No.9 in the said case. The learned APP on instructions submitted that, as a matter of fact on 23.2.2017 a proclamation under section 82 of Cr. P.C has already been issued against the applicant. 3] In view thereof, the present application has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
