P.C.:- In furtherance of Order dated 25th August, 2021, the Petitioner has submitted Affidavit-cum-undertaking dated 21st September, 2021 duly affirmed before the Notary, Government of India. The said Affidavit-cumundertaking is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Undertakings mentioned in the said Affidavit-cum-undertaking are accepted as undertakings given to this Court. In paragraph No.5 of the said Affidavitcum-undertaking, Petitioner has given a schedule of payment to the Respondents. The same is also accepted.

It is made clear that, any two consecutive defaults in making payment to the Respondents, may entitle the Respondents to proceed with the Execution Application No.155 of 2019 in Eviction Application No.36 of 1/2

It is further made clear that, the period to make payment as mentioned in paragraph No.5 of Affidavit-cum-undertaking, will not be extended on any count.
