This is an application for relaxation of condition vide para 13(D) of the order dated 23/10/2019 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Barshi in Criminal Bail Application No.796/2019.

In that view of the matter, the condition restricting the applicant from entering Village Phut-Jawalgaon, Taluka Madha, is hereby relaxed.
