This petition takes an exception to the order dated 21 December 2020 passed by the Maharashtra State Co-operative Appellate Court, Mumbai in Appeal from Order No. 17 of 2020. The appeal was fled against the order passed by the Co-operative Court dated 13 January 2020, below Exhibit-38 in Dispute No. 28/2016. By the order impugned, the Maharashtra State CoOperative Appellate Court directed the Co-operative Court to decide the applications at Exhibit-38 afresh. 2.

As the order is to decide the application at Exhibit-38 afresh, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The Cooperative Court, however, shall decide the Application at Exhibit38, as early as possible and in any case within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
