Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

On 21st August, 2023, a statement was made that the applicant has repaid the amount to Mr. Huzefa Sodawalla. Time was granted to the applicant to file affidavit and documents. Today an affidavit is filed affirming that an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- has been paid to Mr. Huzefa Sodawalla through IMPS.

The learned APP has also tendered copy of the statement of Mr. Laxmankumar Jadahv, wherein there is a reference to the settlement between the applicant and the deponent's client, Mr. Sodawalla, who is abroad and the 1/2

15-ABA633-2020.DOC payment of the amount now made by the applicant to Mr. Sodawalla.

By an order dated 16th March, 2020 this Court was persuaded to grant interim protection. That interim protection has been in operation till today. The dispute seems to have been amicably settled between the parties. At this length of time, I do not find any impediment to make the order of interim bail absolute.

The order of interim bail dated 16th March, 2020 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

Application stands disposed.
