On hearing learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the present writ petition as the Reserve Bank of India has terminated the licence of the Petitioner-Bank and against the said order a statutory remedy is available to the Petitioner. 2.

Therefore, by keeping all points open the present writ petition is disposed with liberty of as the petitioner has an alternative remedy. Civil Application also disposed of accordingly. No costs. (G.S.Kulkarni, J.) (Anoop V. Mohta, J.)
