Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the pursuant to the order dated 13/1/2017, the applicant has furnished bail to the tune of Rs. 25,000/- with two solvent sureties. One of the surety for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- has been accepted. However, the second surety for a sum of Rs. 15,000/- and he needs to furnish another surety for a sum of Rs. 15,000/-. The learned Counsel for the applicant prays that in lieu of this, the applicant be directed to be enlarged on provisional Talwalkar 1/2

In the circumstances, the relief as prayed for is granted. The applicant be enlarged on provisional cash of Rs. 25,000/- for a period of four weeks from the date of his release. During the said period, the applicant shall furnish local solvent sureties. The application is disposed of accordingly.
