Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP.

2 904.582.19 ba.doc Applicants have volunteered to deposit an amount of Rs. 75,000/- with the Investigating Officer within period of two weeks from today through demand draft which the Investigating Officer can make over to Court taking up trial in the matter. The Magistrate shall deal with the said amount considering the quantum of damage suffered by the Public Transport Department.

All the applicants were arrested on 15/01/2019 and 16/01/2019. The custodial interrogation of the applicants is already over. There are no antecedents. In view thereof, applicants deserve to be released on bail.

(A) Applicants be released on bail in Crime no. 113/2019 registered with Chakan Police Station, on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicants shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

Applications stand disposed of.
