Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed, by consent :- (a) Ms. Gauri Godse, Advocate is appointed as the sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of the Partnership Deed dated 22nd October, 1995.

(b) The disclosure of Ms. Gauri Godse, Advocate under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act No.3 of 2016) (the Act) shall be filed within a period of one week from today. (c) The venue of arbitration shall be at Thane.

(d) The Learned Arbitrator shall endeavour to pass his final Award within a

kpd 2 / 2 957-ARP-92-2018.doc period of six months from today. The Learned Arbitrator shall not grant adjournment/s to the parties unless absolutely necessary. (e) The cost of arbitration shall initially be borne by the parties equally. (f) All contentions of the parties are kept open, save and except that the Petitioner will not contend that they have not executed the Partnership Deed dated nd October, 1995.

In view of this order, the above Arbitration Petition is disposed off. 3.

Though the above Petition is disposed off, place the same on 25 th January, 2019 for compliance.
