4. The Petitioner shall appear before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Konkan Division, Mumbai on 28.03.2022 at 12.00 noon. The Petitioner shall also be entitled make oral and written submissions.

5. The Deputy Director of Land Records, Konkan Division, Mumbai shall hear the appeal finally after hearing all concerned parties pass a speaking order within a period of 4 weeks from today.
