The applicants seek condonation of delay caused in presenting the present Appeal against the Decree dated 3rd November 2018 passed in Regular Civil Appeal No.17 of 2012.

Heard learned counsel for the parties. For the reasons set out in the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have shown sufficient cause to condone the delay.

Delay is condoned and the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Office shall list the Second Appeal on the date fixed as per C.M.I.S.
