By the impugned order dated 26 October 2023, the Assistant Registrar has fixed upset price in exercise of power conferred under Rule 107 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 1961. Against the impugned order, the petitioner has remedy under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revisional Authority. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
