The above Petition is directed against the order dated 23-2-2015 refusing stay to the Petitioner, passed by the Additional Commissioner Pune Division, Pune. The said order has been passed in an Appeal filed by the Petitioner against the order passed by the Additional Collector, Pune, disqualifying the Petitioner under Section 14(J-1) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1958.
The Learned AGP on instructions states that the parties would be heard on 10-8-2015 and thereafter the Appeal would be decided by 31-8-2015. The Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 is agreeable to the Appeal being disposed of within the said time frame.

wp-2253-15-(31) In my view, since an ad-interim order is operating in the above Petition, it would be just and proper to continue the said ad-interim order pending the hearing and final disposal of the Appeal. The Additional Commissioner is directed to hear and decide the Appeal latest by 31-8-2015. Needless to state that the said Appeal would be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law uninfluenced by the impugned order. The parties to accordingly appear before the Additional Commissioner on 10-8-2015. In view thereof, the need to issue notice to the parties is obviated. [R.M.SAVANT, J] mmj
