The present Interim Application is taken out for setting aside the order dated 28.11.2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-I) and restoration of Writ Petition (St) No. 12585 of 2021 which came to be dismissed for non-removal of the office objection. 4.

Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated in paragraph No. 6 therein, Interim Application is allowed and disposed of in terms of payer clauses (a) and (b).
