DATED : 3rd MARCH, 2022 P.C:- The applicant is seeking transit bail in relation to a crime registered with Malda Cyber Crime Unit, West Bengal. He received a notice under Section 41A on 30th January 2022 in respect of the said crime, directing him to remain present on before the authority. Accordingly, on 1st February 2022, he has also addressed a letter to the Sr. Inspector of Police at D.N. Nagar Police Station, alleging that he himself is a victim of Cyber Crime since he had sufficient time on his hand to take appropriate steps. I am not inclined to entertain the present application and the same is rejected.
