This application has been moved for restoration of Criminal Application No. 2027/2007, which is dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 11/02/2021. Those were the days of Covid Pandemic. It was an admitted matter. The interim relief had already been granted therein. For the reasons given in the application, the same is allowed and disposed of accordingly. In APPLN/2027/2007 Criminal Application No. 2027/2007 stands restored with interim order therein as well.
