Record indicates that, the present Appeal has been admitted and the Applicant has been released on bail. On an earlier occasion the Applicant had preferred Interim Application No. 969 of 2021 for fixing an early date of hearing. The Co-ordinate Bench (Coram : Shri P. D. Naik, J.) by its Order dated 12th August 2021 had rejected the said Application on the ground that, no case was made out for fixing an early date for final hearing. 2.

There is no change in circumstance as of today than prevailing on 12th August 2021. The present Application is therefore dismissed for the same reasons stated in Order dated 12th August 2021 passed in Interim Application No. 969 of 2021.
