By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have impugned the order dated 5th January, 2018 passed by the learned Commissioner in Appeal No.519 of 2017. Mr.Bhandari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that against the said order dated 5th January, 2018 passed by the learned Commissioner, the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the learned Minister. Learned Minister has not even acknowledged filing of the second appeal filed by the petitioner. The office of the learned Minister shall accept and give acknowledgment to the appeal 1/2

915-wpst5785-18 filed by the petitioner within three days from today. 2.

Learned Minister shall dispose of the said appeal within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. The petitioner is directed to remain present before the learned Minister on 19th March,2018 at 3:00 p.m.

The petitioner is directed to convey this order to the learned Minister for compliance.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

All parties including the learned Minister to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
