1) Learned A.P.P., on instructions from Police Inspector Ms.Sarika Ahirrao attached to Nashik Taluka Police Station, submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 12th July 2023 the Superintendent of Police, Nashik, has personally perused the record of investigation. The S.P. Nashik by his communication dated 28th August 2023 has communicated to her that, necessary action will be initiated against the delinquent as observed in Order dated 12th July 2023 by this Court. She on instructions submitted that, investigation of the present crime is completed and the Investigating Officer will submit chargesheet before the Court of Competent Jurisdiction within a period of 10 working days from today.
