The matter was mentioned in the morning session and in view of urgency expressed, kept on Production Board in the afternoon session. Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank. It is an admitted position that physical possession of the secured asset has already been taken today by the Respondent Bank. In view of the alternate remedy available to the Petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. Petition to stand dismissed. All the contentions of the parties are kept open. (V.L.
