Record indicates that on the basis of complaint lodged by the Petitioner, Police conducted preliminary inquiry and have come to the conclusion that, the dispute between the parties inter se is of civil nature. The Petitioner in his letter dated 27th January 2022 addressed to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mumbai has admitted the said fact.
