CORAM : S.C. DHARMADHIKARI & M.S. KARNIK, JJ.

DATE : 8th JANUARY, 2019 P.C. :

This Writ Petition has been listed on 24 prior occasions. On 30th April, 2012, the advocate for the petitioner sought time and it was granted. Since there was personal difficulty, the adjournment was granted. In the absence of the petitioner and his advocate, on 17th January, 2013, notice was 1/2

3. wp 2047-12.doc issued on this Petition returnable on 22nd February, 2013. Notice was directed to be issued to 4th respondent, but the advocate for the petitioner showed no interest in paying process fees/bhatta charges. He did not remain present before the Registry (Judicial). Thereafter, the notice was issued by the Registry and that notice came to be eventually served but the matter was not taken up due to want of time. Thus, two Writ Petitions which have been listed before this Court regularly have never been argued by the petitioner's advocate, they were on the Board of this Court even on 19th July, 2018. These matter have been listed for 'admission'

2.

These Writ Petitions are of the year 2012. Since none is present to argue these Petitions for 'admission', we have no alternative but to dismiss these Writ Petitions for want of prosecution. They are accordingly dismissed.
