Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks modification of the order dated 10th February, 2015, passed by this Court (Coram:P.D.Kode,J.) in Criminal Bail Application No.279 of 2015. The applicant was enlarged on bail by the said order on furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one or two sureties to make up like amount, along with other conditions.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that surety amount be reduced as the applicant is not in a position to furnish the same, as

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the order dated 10th February, 2015, is modified to the extent, that instead of 'the applicant is directed to be released on bail in C.R.No.I-697 of 2014 of Nalasopara Police Station, on furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one or two sureties to make up like amount', the 'applicant shall now be directed to be released on bail in C.R.No.I-697 of 2014 of Nalasopara Police Station, on furnishing P.R.Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand Only) with one or two sureties to make up like amount'. The rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 10th February, 2015, shall remain same.

The application is allowed to the extent aforesaid and is accordingly disposed of.
