After arguing the Petition for quite some time, Mr. Kini, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition. Ms Srikrishna has no objection. 3.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Kini, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is reserved to the parties to apply to the trial Court for disposing of the Suits in a time bound manner. If such application is made, the learned trial Judge will pass appropriate order.
