This Application is preferred for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Ramsanehi Patel, who died on 14.02.2020. Applicants are his heirs. There is delay in filing this Application. Delay is of 699 days in filing present interim application. It is stated that soon after the death of the father, there was nationwide lockdown in view of Covid-19. Applicants got knowledge of pendency of filing of this Appeal much later and therefore they could not file application immediately.

For the reasons stated, the Application is allowed. Delay stands condoned.
