Mr. Kuldeep Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant had argued the matter on an earlier occasion and had sought time to take instructions.

Ms. Dhuru, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that instructions have been taken to withdraw the Bail Application. However, she states that liberty be granted to fle a fresh Bail Application after a period of six months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty to fle a fresh Bail Application after a period of six months, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
