After the Writ Petition was filed, the petitioner has received a letter dated 5th December, 2017, copy of which is handed over by Shri Deshmukh. There, the Assistant Commissioner Social Welfare, Sangli, has redressed the grievance of the petitioner by including her name in the list of surplus teachers. In the light of the above position emerging from the record, the Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed. No order as to costs.

In view of the disposal of the Petition, the Civil Application No. 552 of 2014 does not survive and stands disposed of accordingly.
