Upon production, taken on board. 2] Learned senior advocate for the applicants/petitioner submits that the present matter has been mentioned and taken up before this Court in view of the decision of the Full Bench in case of Prakash Securities Pvt. Ltd. vs. LIC, (2012) 5 Mh.L.J. 313. 3] By this civil application, the petitioners, in effect, seek interim relief which was denied to them by this Court by order dated 18 November 2014. Even the Special Leave Petition as against the said order was dismissed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on 27 January 2015. 4] In view of the aforesaid, there is no question of once again entertaining any application for interim relief, particularly in a situation where no variation in circumstances has been made out. 5] Civil Application is, accordingly, dismissed.
